We were exploring up here and popped in for lunch. What a surprise! The sushi is better than our local place in Georgetown and a little cheaper to boot. Had the Inaka sushi lunch and inaka special roll. Yum. Enough for two. For the 3 year old chicken teriyaki was juicy. Will be back for the awesome sushi. Oh and the wasabi is good too. Not that dry stuff you sometimes get downtown.

We stumbled upon this place today on our way back from Mount Forest.

This is a Korean operated Japanese Korean fusion restaurant.

Started with an appetizer of sunomono salad.  The gingery light soya sauce dressing was lovely and the shrimps and octopus very fresh.

The sashimi don (hwae dup bap) was extremely fresh as well, with unusually different varieties of fish and seafood.  Generous pieces of butterfish which I LOVE as well as pieces of octopus, salmon and red snapper.  The bitter greens' selection complimented the fish. Outstanding cho-gochujang (spicy dressing).  Not sweet, just fiery and garlicky the way it should be. Rice was served on the side. Small pre-made salad to start, and miso broth.

Why not a 5 star?  Because they charge for tea!  The prices here are not inexpensive and that is really quite inappropro in my opinion.  Service was brusque but very efficient.

Excellent food.  Very fresh.  Authentic Korean sashimi salad bowl.  The freshness of the fish and raw vegetables is unquestionably stellar.

A gem of a find to-and-from road tripping to avoid eating chain-like food. Dark interior. Quick service.

Best salmon sushi I've ever had!  Genuinely the best I've ever had, I could've eaten a hundred pieces of it!

I wanted really badly to give this place a 5/5, but service was below my standards.  My friend and I were ignored for the better part of the night, never checked on, were never asked if we want a drink or dessert or anything else, and our waitress practically threw the bill on our table and walked away.  So, for that reason, I can't bring myself to give Inaka a 5/5.

HOWEVER, the food was DELICIOUS and the rest of the staff was really nice!  I will definitely be coming back with my friend and my family again!  I just hope I receive better service than last time.

The Inaka Special Roll was unlike anything I've ever eaten before!  It was the best of sushi and comfort food thrown together.  The beef was such a nice touch!

    Beautiful and creative food.

Went very West to spend the day, and craved sushi so we turned to Yelp.  This place was closest so we decided to stop here for lunch.
First of all, the location is very odd.  If you blink you might miss it.  Parking lot has ample space, and inside was very nicely built/decorated.  The bathroom was not very well lit and apparently there was a leaky roof in the women's washroom(?).
Food was really good, wasnt expecting great quality but I was surprised. Staff was nice and even gave us a freebie!!
I dont know if we'll ever be back in the area, but if you're from around there definitely check it out!
